Peter has been with the company for a short time but he truly sets the bar for providing great customer service. He is always where he is supposed to be with a smile on his face and greets everyone in his path. One couple who was moving their son to college stayed at the hotel not knowing anything about the area. Peter welcomed them with open arms, rolled out the red carpet and turned them into lifelong guests.

Another guest had this to say, “Peter assisted me in turning down my bed, set up my personal shower chair as I am handicap and he got me ice and bottled water…very accommodating, friendly and professional.” Another comment card stated, “On my arrival he was genuinely interested and excited to tell me about the hotel and the room. When I saw him the next day he greeted me by name and made sure I didn’t need anything. He was on duty when I checked out and was great about transferring and storing my bags. A great representative of the casino’s commitment to customer service.” Peter knows that he is the first point of contact for guests and he makes a great, lasting impression.
