Regional member update

REGIONAL will be reducing our hours of operation from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday) in drive-up lanes. Saturday hours will remain the same (9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.). The change in hours is temporary, and normal hours will resume in the future.

Please be reminded that our lobbies at all locations are closed and will we be servicing members only through drive-up. Many lobby transactions can be completed electronically - please call 1-800-762-7419 for assistance.

REGIONAL has taken steps to maintain day-to-day operations in as routine a way as possible, but to protect the safety of our members, team and the community, we are making the following adaptations and suggestions:

DRIVE UPS: All drive-ups are open and operating from 9 - 5 (M-F) and 9 - noon Saturday.

ONLINE BANKING: Manage your accounts, transfer money, pay bills and more at regionalfcu.org. Enroll Today – call 1-800-762-7419.

REGIONAL MOBILE: Search for "REGIONAL fcu Mobile" in the App Store (iOS devices) or Play Store (Android devices), then call 1-800-762-7419 to enroll. Use your Online Banking username and password.

CALL: Most issues can be handled over the phone. Call 1-800-762-7419 to speak to a REGIONAL team member.

ATM: Access your money at nearly 5,000 fee-free Alliance One ATMs. Visit https://co-opcreditunions.org to find one near you.

LOANS: Apply online or over the phone for a loan, and sign electronically with no need to visit the credit union.
