The health and safety of our members and team is REGIONAL’s top priority. REGIONAL is taking steps to respond to the current COVID-19 (also known as coronavirus) situation.

Beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020, REGIONAL will be conducting transactions through drive-up lanes only.

Lobby access will be available by appointment only for member needs that can not be completed in the drive-up.

REGIONAL provides alternatives to in-person transactions:

  • Need to check a balance, make a loan payment or transfer funds between accounts? REGIONAL Online Banking or the REGIONAL Mobile app are free, secure and easy to use.
  • Have a question about your account? Call 1-800-762-7419 to talk to a REGIONAL team member.
  • Need cash? Our Valparaiso location has an ATM, or search for an ATM at https://co-opcreditunions.org.

If you have any questions about setting up any of these services, or to make an appointment for a lobby visit (for any needs that can not be completed in the drive-up) call 1-800-762-7419.
