RDA Issues RFP for Minority Compliance Consultant

The Northwest Indiana Regional Development Authority (RDA) is seeking proposals from qualified compliance and quality auditing specialists to assist in the administration of the RDA’s MBE/WBE/DBE compliance, Buy-Indiana, Buy-Northwest Indiana, and Hire Indiana programs as more fully described and defined in the proposal packet. All proposals must meet the RDA’s specifications as further described in the proposal packet.

The proposal packet (attached) may be downloaded at https://www.in.gov/rda/rfprfq/.

The proposal packet may also be requested by email. Your request should include the company name, address, phone/fax numbers, email address, and the individual's name to respond to. Firms will be provided a copy of the competitive proposal packet in electronic format. The proposer will be responsible for the printing of all documents.

Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked “RDA Minority Compliance Consultant”, which shall be contained in an outer shipping envelope, and received at:

The RDA will accept proposals no later than 4:30 p.m. CST on Monday, April 26, 2021. The proposal opening is not open to the public. Proposals received after the above stated time and date will be returned to the sender unopened.

Requirements and specifications of this proposal are considered to be the minimum needed. If any modifications are made to the Regional Development Authority’s request, anyone who has requested the original RFP will be sent copies of said modifications. The responder must follow all RFP instructions to be considered responsive. The RDA has the sole discretion to award this contract and reserves the right to modify or withdraw any and all offers. The RDA reserves the right to reject all proposals. The RDA reserves the right to interview, negotiate and deliberate with candidates before making a final decision.
