Northwest Indiana Property Management Group, Latitude Commercial, takes on new assignment.
Latitude Commercial has signed a Property Sub-Management Agreement for Porte de L’eau Plaza. The 88,588 square foot retail and office center in Highland, IN is located on 45th Street near the Highland/Munster border. The plaza was purchased by a Canadian-based ownership group who has their entire investment portfolio managed by Colliers International’s Richmond, VA office.
