Tournament play begins tomorrow; finals on Thursday.
The PBA50 South Shore Classic will take to the lanes July 11 through July 13 at Olympia Lanes in Hammond. 130 of the greatest bowlers in the world aged 50-and-over will compete for the PBA50 South Shore Classic title.
On Tuesday, July 11, tournament play will begin with squad A bowlers at 8:30 a.m. and squad B bowlers at 1:30 p.m. Squads will switch start times on Wednesday, July 12.
On Thursday, July 13, qualifying players (top 1/3) will go head-to-head in best-of-five games. Top 24 players advance to match play. All match play rounds are three game sets, total pins (all qualifying pins dropped). See full schedule below.

Winners advance to Stepladder Finals. Positions 1-4 will be determined according to their bracket seed number. The highest seed losing in the Round of 8 will also qualify in the 5th position for the Stepladder Finals.
Stepladder Finals: 7:30 p.m. The public is invited to watch at Olympia Lanes as the tournament takes place. Admission to the event is free.
