Latitude Commercial assigned full-service management by Illinois investors
Latitude Commercial has been assigned a Property Management Agreement for full-service management of a 7,600 square foot retail center in Palos Park, IL, located on bustling S LaGrange Road. The property was purchased by a small investment group in the last week of September. The five-tenant plaza has a great mix of national, regional and independent businesses.
The Latitude Property Management Division is honored at the chance to get to work with this Illinois investment group.
