Oak Partners Inc. hosted a Client Open House on Thursday to show off their new Valparaiso office. Oak Partners expanded onto the main floor of the new building at 200 E. Lincolnway in Valparaiso to have more of a presence and to cater to Porter County clients and businesses. They opened officially last Monday and clients and staff both love the new office with beautiful spacious windows looking out into beautiful downtown Valparaiso.
“We broke ground two years ago, around September 2014,” said Crystal DeHaven who is the Director of Client Experience at Oak Partners Inc. “We’ve built two really great conference rooms to enhance our client experience, which is really what this office is about. Oak Partners Inc. is a investment services firm but what makes us different from other investment services firms is the client experience side.”
Oak Partners Inc. is very unique in that they don’t give their clients a ‘cookie-cutter’ investment, they tailor to the needs of the people that they’re working with. Entertaining and keeping their clients educated are just some of the ways that Oak Partners Inc differs from any other investment services firm.
This particular office offers clients an ambience that you can only get in Downtown in Valparaiso. “To be able to help clients that live here, is so rewarding because we’ve seen that the businesses and residents in Valparaiso enjoy working with other Valparaiso-based entities.”
Being the Client Open House, this is just the start of the events that clients will be able to enjoy with Oak Partners Inc. at this new location. Another open house will be held the next Thursday, which is geared more towards social networking with the community. Along with the today’s client-centered event and next week’s community minded gathering, Oak Partners also recently hosted a ribbon-cutting event to officially open the doors of their new Valparaiso location.
Being able to design their own office, as well as referencing from their Crown Point Headquarters, influenced the experience that each individual client has coming into this new downtown office.
“There’s so much going on in Downtown Valparaiso, we just had to be a part of it,” said Marc Ruiz, Oak Partners Advisor and Partner. “We’re really excited to be integrated into the community and we’re doing a lot of stuff with various organizations already.”
"It turned out to be beautiful," Ruiz said of the new office. "We're very privileged to have this corner at Lincolnway and Michigan. It really allows us to expand our business model and to give our client experience to our Porter County clients. Also it gives us a little more event space for events like this."
Combining the fact that 30% of their clients reside in the Valparaiso area along with 60% of hopeful growth for this investment services firm and a high profile office right downtown means expected acceleration for Oak Partners Inc.
