Northwest Indiana Veterans Action Council (NWIVAC) is proud to make the first contribution to Habitat for Humanity of NWI’s Third Veteran Build, and encourages others to contribute as well. Funds will be used toward the Veterans Build. To contribute, go to http://nwihabitat.org/veterans-build/.
The Veteran partner family for the Merrillville home has been selected. The Veteran is a hard-working Lake County resident, currently completing the volunteer hours required of all partner families. He is looking forward to owning his first home, and is thankful for the support of the Northwest Indiana Veterans Action Council.
