Northwest Health – Porter Announces “Team Member and Managers of the Year”

Northwest Health – Porter has announced its Team Member and Managers of the Year awards that honor individuals who were nominated by their peers for their outstanding performance and exemplary service.  Ashley Dickinson, Chief Executive Officer for Northwest Health said this annual celebration serves as a reminder that the Northwest Health workforce is the heart of the organization.

“Our team of caregivers are the heart of Northwest Health. Day in and day out they provide the high quality, compassionate care our communities have come to expect. Selecting the recipients for this honor is a challenge; we receive many nominations and it’s always difficult to choose just three individuals.” said Dickinson.  “This year’s honorees – Libby Lavendusky, Stephanie Didion and Terry Wuletich – have each gone above and beyond to support great patient care. They are an example to all and we are fortunate to have them in the Northwest Health family.” 

The outstanding team members are:

Libby Lavendusky, RN – Team Member of the Year, Northwest Health - Porter

Lavendusky, a charge nurse in the Emergency Department is always willing to do what is necessary for the team and is successful in tackling any situation presented to her.  A team member noted, “When Libby is working you know it is going to be a good day, regardless of what happens!” Another remarked, “Libby is an amazing clinical member of our team; she is one of reasons I enjoy working here.”  She delivers outstanding patient care, always putting the needs of our patients before anything else. Lavendusky has been with Northwest Health since 2012. 

Stephanie Didion, RN – Clinical Manager of the Year, Northwest Health – Porter

Didion, who has been with the organization for over 20 years, is the Director of the hospital’s Birthing & Family Care Center which includes Labor and Delivery, Post-Partum care, Neonatal Intensive Care, Obstetrics Emergency Room and Pediatrics. Under her leadership, the hospital has earned a number of accolades including designation as a Level III maternity service, Level III neonatal intensive care unit, Anthem Blue Distinction maternity care, and most recently the “Baby Friendly Hospital” designation. She actively supports the organization’s shared governance model and prioritizes patient care. Didion is known for leading with effective, kind and gentle support. 

Terry Wuletich, Manager of the Year, Northwest Health – Porter

Wuletich serves as the Director of Specialty Clinics with Northwest Medical Group. She recently celebrated 35 years with Northwest Health. In these years she has served in a number of leadership positions  number of leadership positions in both the hospital’s emergency department and Northwest Medical Group.  She has garnered a breadth of relationships and experience over the years, making a positive impact throughout the organization.  While Wuletich has seen many changes in her tenure with Northwest Health, her commitment and professionalism have not wavered. Her accomplishments are many, including the successes of the clinics under her purview and the trust her physicians place in her.
