Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Indiana and the NWI Veteran Action Council received a check for $9000.00 from the North Township Trustee that will go towards the collaborative “Veterans Build” initiative. On September 28th, The North Township Trustee and the American Motorcycle Riders Association held their annual “Victory for Veterans” memorial ride at Wicker Park in Highland, Ind. raising the $9000 with this year’s recipient being the “Veterans Build”.
