Thursday was a great day to be in Hebron, IN. NITCO was hosting its annual Customer Appreciation Day and it couldn’t be cooler! A large crowd gathered outside of the NITCO Hebron HQ and just enjoyed the day.
There was a lot for guests to take part in that catered to all ages, there was free food and drinks, an airbrush tattoo station, a huge bounce house, the NITCO parade float was on display, there were games for the kids, balloon animals and free cupcakes provided by Designer Desserts.
There was also a raffle that guests could enter for their chance to win a Kindle Fire and backpacks filled with school supplies. Loads of information available on NITCO’s newest products was available, too. Proceeds from the raffle went to the Pet and Neutering Foundation in Newton County.
“This is our way to give back to our customers and to invite potential customers to come and see what we’re all about,”Heather Shragal, Marketing Manager at NITCO, said. “We’ve been planning this since February. I’m so excited about this. It’s so fun to see the kids get excited and to just give people things.”
Gavin Bristol, the Sales and Network Implementation Engineer at NITCO, was at the event and he happily helped customers with whatever they needed whether it was explaining NITCO’s new services or handing out food.
“We’re helping people with technical issues and telling them about our new products,” Bristol said. “It’s been great. We’ve had an excellent turnout and I’m really excited about our fiber project that’s going out soon. I’m super excited about that so I’m telling everybody I see about it. My job is to connect people. I’m the biggest advocate for the customer.”
NITCO recently partnered with DISH Network to create the Triple Play where customers can get the best deal on voice, television and broadband service. It saves money and gives them the convenience of one bill.
