Three tenants sign new leases in Highland Shopping Center
Three new tenants have executed leases in the past month to open soon in Porte De L’eau Plaza in Highland, IN. The tenants include Physiopoint Physical Therapy, Royal Tea, and Essential Spa. All tenants buildouts have begun construction with each one expecting to open within the next few months.
Brett McDermott and Myles Rapchak, of Latitude Commercial, represented the Landlord in the lease transactions. “The activity has really picked up in 2022 and we have good leasing momentum to start the year in the center. We are working with a new ownership group and have successfully worked together completing 4 leases since their acquisition” Latitude Commercial provides commercial real estate services such as Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, Development, Property Management and more throughout Northwest Indiana and the South Chicago Suburbs.
