Approximately 2000 square foot daycare to open on West 35th Street
Wright’s Learning Center, a day care catering to preschool age children, is set to open at 315 W. 35th Street in Griffith. The learning center will occupy a former medical office building that was originally built as a residential house.
Antony Miocic, of Latitude Commercial, brokered the transaction. “This daycare is located within a minute of the expressway and will provide a much-needed service to Griffith as well as all of Northwest Indiana.” Latitude Commercial provides commercial real estate services throughout Northwest Indiana and the South Chicago Suburbs.
