Munster High School senior Anu Arora auditioned for and was accepted into the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) National SSAA Honor Choir. Thousands of 10th-12th Grade and college undergraduate young women submitted audition recordings for the honor of performing at the ACDA National Conference in Kansas City, MO. Anu will represent Munster High school as one of approximately 220 singers, selected from around the country, who will rehearse their music selections between February 27th and March 2nd, 2019.
The National SSAA Honor Choir will perform a concert in front of thousands of choral directors, fellow musicians, and guests in attendance on the final day of the Conference - March 2nd. Speaking about the honor, Munster High School Choir Director, Mr. Andrew Robinson, had this to say: “In my experience, making an ACDA National Honor Choir is one of the most select ensembles for high school students to make.” Munster High School congratulates Anu for her wonderful achievement.
