The Munster Lions Club introduces spring, 2015, on Sunday, March 1st , with their annual fund-raising, all you can eat, pancake breakfast.
The grills will be hot and ready to cook the first pancakes at 7:00 a.m., and will be turned off at 1:00 p.m.
The event will be held in the Munster High School Cafeteria, Columbia Ave. and Fisher St., Munster, Indiana.
The ticket donations are $8.00 each for adults, $5.00 for kids under 12. Tickets are available from any Munster Lion or at the door.
There will be piping hot plain pancakes or blueberry pancakes, regular or turkey breakfast sausage, juice, milk, coffee and all of the trimmings. This is an all-you-can-eat event.
No highly paid executives! All proceeds will go for the 25 service projects the Munster Lions are committed to this year.
Boy Scout Troop 533, sponsored by the Munster Lions, will be helping with the breakfast. The Girl Scouts will check your coats.
Vision screening will be available for pre-school children and hearing screening will be available for children and adults, all as a part of the day’s activities.
Bring your old eyeglasses and hearing aids for recycling to others in need. Bring your old keys for recycling to fund cancer research.
The Munster Lions Club would welcome both men and women as new members. Ask a Munster Lion about the club.
The pancake breakfast is not just an eating event. It is a great social event. Come and visit with the Munster Lions and greet your friends and neighbors.
