Munster High School Science Teacher Becomes Certified in NASA Program

Munster-High-School-NASA-Collage-2015Munster High School science teacher, Cara Germann, attended the HASTI (Hoosier Association of Science Teachers) conference in Indianapolis. She took a four hour course offered by NASA to become certified for their Lunar/Meteorites sample disk program. The program focused on the Apollo missions as all of the samples in the Lunar disk was collected during the mission. She learned a wide variety of educational lessons and activities related to Moon exploration that she is able to pass on to her students.
