The Munster High School Band program was recently honored by the Indiana State School Music Association with the All-Music award for the 2018-19 school year. The Munster Band program’s special achievement is in recognition of the talented musicians, staff, and community members who support the band program.
The Band program will be honored with a banner recognizing their accomplishment and they will join only 67 other programs in the state so honored. The marching band took 4th place in state competition this year and the band program is directed by Mr. Bret Winternheimer.
