Methodist Hospitals names two new directors

Methodist Hospitals has appointed two new directors to its leadership team:

Claire B. O’Neill, Director of System Transformation

Claire Joined Methodist Hospitals in June, 2020 as Director of System Transformation.  In this role she will guide operational and organizational improvement by identifying underperforming areas and processes and managing the implementation and evaluation of efforts to achieve the hospitals’ strategic goals.  Claire came to Methodist from the Sinai Health System in Chicago, where she was Director of Financial Operations for its acute care hospitals.  Claire earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business administration from Fordham University.

Duane R. Seaborne, MSN, BSN, RN, CNOR, Director of Surgical Services

Duane joined Methodist Hospitals in March, 2020 as Director of Surgical Perioperative Services.  Duane brings to Methodist more than 10 years of operating room experience in a wide range of specialties. Duane came to Methodist from the NeuroDiagnostic Institute in Indianapolis, and has managed surgical services at Franciscan Alliance hospitals, Wishard Health Services in Indianapolis (now Sidney & Louis Eskenazi Hospital) and IU Health.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Indiana State University.
