Methodist Hospitals was joined by members of the Crossroads Regional Chamber of Commerce to commemorate the grand opening of its new Methodist Physician Group cardiovascular office in Merrillville on Tuesday, June 14.
The office, which offers patients more convenient and expanded cardiovascular care, combined with the expertise of its doctors and staff, is a highly-anticipated addition to the hospital’s Southlake campus.
“We believe that the synergy among this large group of physicians specializing in different aspects of cardiology, such as interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and heart and vascular surgery provides our patients the best care possible through teamwork and collaboration,” said Methodist Hospitals CEO Matthew Doyle. “We have built a modern new space with comfortable and welcoming decor. A space that is easily accessible, has convenient parking, and is staffed by an experienced and caring support team.”
Crossroads Regional Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Deann Patena said the chamber has been in support of the hospital’s continued efforts to improve the lives of its patients.
