Methodist Hospitals Announces Partnership with Lori’s Gifts to Provide Gift Shop Services

rot1Methodist Hospitals is pleased to announce the partnership with Lori’s Gifts, a national operator of hospital gift shop management services across the United States. With close to 400 shops in hospitals coast to coast and 35 years of healthcare retail experience, they are the nation’s leader in hospital gift shop management.

Gift shops at both Northlake and Southlake campuses have been remodeled and reopened. The shops have extended hours including evening, weekend, and holidays. New benefits for patients, visitors and hospital employees include a Customer Loyalty Program, eCommerce for virtual visitors featuring free same-day delivery anywhere on the hospital campuses, service items such a postage stamps and movie tickets and special weekly promotions. Active and retired military personnel and their dependents receive a 20% discount off regularly priced items every day. Senior discounts for those 60+ are also offered every Wednesday.
