Latitude Commercial has been assigned a Property Management Agreement for full-service management of a 15,735 square foot office building, located at 8605 Broadway just north of Methodist Hospital’s Southlake Campus. The property was purchased by an investor residing from the state of Michigan. The two-tenant building has very strong tenants in Meyers Glaros Insurance and American Structurepoint.
The building was sold as a Sale-Leaseback by Aaron McDermott, CCIM of Latitude Commercial, who represented the Buyer and Seller in the transaction. Aaron, President of Latitude Commercial said “It was a great deal for both parties. Meyers Glaros is committed to growing their insurance business in Merrillville and the investor has two great tenants on long term leases.”
