The Merrillville High School Gymnastics Team hosted their annual Tri Meet this Thursday. The teams that competed included Merrillville, Lowell, and Hobart High Schools.
Merrillville Head Coach Diane Roberts expressed her happiness for the team’s success after the meet.
“I am very excited for the team that they stayed within their capabilities and scored as close as they possibly could to their goal of perfection,” Roberts said.
Lowell made third place with a score of 82.25, Hobart placed second with a score of 101.95, and by a margin of only .05 points, Merrillville placed first with a score of 102.
