Dr. Ostrowski, a native to Northwest Indiana, has been in private practice in Portage for many years, in addition to the service he provides for many of NorthShore Community Health Centers' Family and Urgent care patients.
As a highly respected physician, he has been appointed to many professional positions in local hospitals, including being named President of St. Mary Medical Center's Primary Health Organization.
Dr. Ostrowski is married, has three children and resides in Porter County.
