“McColly Charities is another entity within McColly Real Estate," Lionel Sanchez, McColly Marketing Director said.
“It's important to lead by example, to give back, to strengthen our communities and to see them continue to prosper and grow”, Sanchez said. “McColly Charities was created to do just that.”
“We support nonprofit organizations. We also participate in sponsorships and accommodate as many requests as possible. [Our hope is] to make the greatest possible impact we can," Sanchez said.
This robust partnership is heightened through the McColly Charities Super Sunday Open House program.
“Every second Sunday of the month our winners [select] a charity [to partner with]”, Sanchez said. “Any agent that's hosting an open house can participate. The public simply attends any McColly Open House and fills out an entry form. The person who gets selected wins $1,000 plus $500 for the charity of their choice. The agent that hosted the Open House also gets $500 donated to the charity of their choice.”
McColly Charities Super Sunday program has been providing $1000 a month to a diverse group of charities.
“[Our Super Sunday program] has continued to make a large impact in the last couple of years, it’s awesome to see the charities that are selected”, Sanchez said. Charities such as: The Humane Society of Hobart, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Mommy’s Haven, NWI Habitat for Humanity, K-9s for Warriors, Midwest Food Bank and Stand Up to Cancer.
McColly Charities also works closely with the Pink Ribbon Society, Riverside Hospital Foundation, Methodist Hospital Foundation and other organizations throughout the year. For example, during the holiday season, McColly partners with the Marine Corps Toys for Tots donation drive.
“We provide a donation box at McColly offices in Indiana and Illinois,” Sanchez said. “ Agents and clients alike bring toy donations to help those in need locally, this year just may have been our biggest year yet!”
