Lowell High School teacher, Kevin Garling, was recently recognized as a leader by the Indiana Conservation Partnership Leadership Institute.
Mr. Garling is in his 30th year of teaching at Lowell High School. He is responsible for the Natural Resources, Horticulture, and Landscape Management classes. He has also represented Lake County for the past three years on the Indiana State Board for the Soil and Water District Committee.
