Freshman English classes from Lowell High School wanted to give the gift of literacy this Holiday Season. Each student in Mrs. Pelusco and Mrs. Oneill's classes purchased their favorite book from their childhood.
Inside each book was a note sharing why this was their favorite book. The teachers partnered with The United Way to find classes in the Reading Buddy program to give their books to. Mrs. Rodenbarger's 2nd grade class was one of the proud recipients. The students were honored to receive such a wonderful gift!
