Lowell picked up a 112-71 victory over visiting Merrillville in boys swimming action on Thursday.
The Red Devils were paced by Nolan Cook and Tyler Morgan, who each finished first in a pair of events.
Cook was tops in the 500 yard freestyle (6:16.22) and 200 yard IM (2:31.20), while Morgan was the best in the 50 yard freestyle (24.14 seconds) and the 100 yard butterfly (58.12). Morgan’s finish in the butterfly event was more than 10 seconds better than the next finisher.
Morgan and Cook joined teammates Alex Torres and Zak Green for a victory in the 400 yard freestyle relay, where the Red Devils finished with a time of 3 minutes, 58.73 seconds.
Merrillville’s Dwayne Fitzpatrick garnered the best score in the diving event with a 199.50.
