Physician Minesh Patel, MD, has more than 28 years of experience treating local patients. Now, Dr. Patel and his clinic have joined with Franciscan Alliance as the Franciscan Physician Network 400 North Health Center to continue providing quality family care.
The staff at Franciscan Physician Network 400 North Health Center has also welcomed Nurse Practitioner Tracy Novak, NP-C, who is accepting new patients.
Dr. Patel is board certified in internal medicine. He received his training at University Eugenio Maria De Hostos Medical School in Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic and did his residency at Harbor Hospital Center in Baltimore, Md.
Dr. Patel’s clinical interests include type 2 diabetes, preventive medicine and clinical medical research.
Nurse Practitioner Tracy Novak received her training at Purdue University and Chamberlain School of Nursing. Her clinical interests include preventive care, hypertension and treatment-resistant hypertension, diabetes, asthma and COPD, and obstructive sleep apnea.
