The 12.4 acre lot at 8300 Clay Street has been purchased by a local development group. The new owners plan to construct storage units and light industrial warehouses on the property. The warehouses will be anywhere from 10,000 to 15,000 square feet. Construction is to begin the winter with an estimated delivery date of Q2 of 2023 for the storage unit and first warehouse.
