Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys stay connected to local communities through legal expertise, outreach

Since opening Lerner & Rowe Injury Attorneys in 2005 in Arizona, the firm has grown across the United States, with multiple locations in California, Nevada, Illinois, and now Indiana. Their noteworthy achievements are a direct reflection of the firm’s commitment to winning for clients and fulfilling community needs, whatever they might be.

In less than 15 years, Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys have been recognized for their service, not only by their clients but by household names such as Newsweek and the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. The firm has been voted ‘Best Law Firm’ for the past four years by the independent reader polls in Arizona Foothill Magazine.

Founder Glen Lerner began the firm in Arizona in 2005 and soon set course to expand throughout the state. Before long, Lerner was voted the best personal injury law firm in Phoenix Valley by azfoothills.com, and the attorneys in the firm were awarded individually for their services as well. Kevin Rowe, for example, has been voted one of the top injury lawyers in North Valley Magazine for three years.

The lawyers behind Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys have been distinguishing themselves by the four major guidelines that clients expect from a personal injury attorney: being personally trustworthy, keeping their clients informed, overall knowledge of their craft, and being responsible towards their clients.

“We are starting to become nationally recognized now, too,” said Arianna Baiz, Outreach Director for Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys. “Being able to see our business rapidly grow is an amazing feeling. We have several offices opening in the next year, and we are so thankful to our clients for the opportunity to serve them.”

After expanding throughout Arizona, and then in other states, the firm found Northwest Indiana to be a natural progression from their Chicagoland location, and have now begun to serve Northwest Indiana communities. Staffing the Indiana office are managing attorney Jonathan Faust, Patricia Biggs, personal injury attorney, and Jeffery T. Jones, personal injury attorney. The three have 10 years of experience combined.

Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys especially pride themselves on their dedication to their clients and the personal touch they provide to every case.

“A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us—we are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it,” Lerner said. “We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so.”

Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys assist those who have been in car accidents, are seeking workers compensation, are the victims of medical or dental malpractice, or have suffered a personal injury or the pain of wrongful death. Specialized offices also handle cases of dog bites, sexual assault, and more. Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys focus on client convenience and professional service, offering 24/7 free consultations and no fees unless your case is won – all backed by the reassurance that in 2018 alone they won more than $165 million dollars from insurance companies for their clients. Glen Lerner started down the path of specializing in personal injury law with the genuine desire to help people receive the justice they deserve after an accident or tragedy.

“I grew up fighting every day of my life against bullies and I was the one who the other kids turned to,” he said. “Now I do it as a grownup, and I get paid for doing what I love to do… fight for what is right for others!”

Rowe feels the same way, managing a large, diverse clientele.

The passion that Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys have for their clients and the public extends beyond those who have been in an accident or injury. The law practice is actively involved in giving back to the community.

Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys have created a separate not for profit called Lerner and Rowe Gives Back. Thanks to the generosity and support of clients, team members, and community partners, the firm gave $1.25 million back to local neighborhood organizations in nine states, raised through events such as signature charity golf outings. Together with the rest of the office, local police, and even Santa Claus himself, they gifted 2,000 presents in 2019 to the children and families of Holden Elementary School in Chicago to help spread holiday cheer. Read more about the special evening here: https://nwi.life/article/lerner-and-rowe-injury-attorneys-spread-christmas-joy-to-chicago-children-as-part-of-annual-giveaway/.

Focusing on the year ahead, the office is excited to get more involved with local organizations in Northwest Indiana with their specialized outreach program.

“Our outreach program is one of the most unique programs our firm is involved in,” Baiz said. “This program specifically serves the areas and neighborhoods that our clients come from, so it goes back to the clients who serve us.”

The outreach program helps identify the needs of children and families and designs givebacks based on those. They even have been known to branch out to animals in need as well.

“Both Glen Lerner and Kevin Rowe believe it’s a blessing to help their clients and grow the business—this is just a special way to give back,” Baiz said.
