New York based company turns their property management concerns in Indiana over to Latitude Commercial.
Latitude Commercial has signed a Property Management Agreement for a 68,000 square foot retail center in Valparaiso, IN, owned by a company based in New York. The retail center is anchored by a grocery store and has a tenant mix of local and national businesses.
The Latitude Property Management Division is excited to work with this remote client to look after their Indiana based property. “This is actually a former property management client that we are working with for a second time,” said Ryne Pishkur, Director of Property Management. “For reasons outside our control, we had to part ways at the end of 2019, but we are very excited that circumstances have realigned so that we can work with them again.”
