This being the case, the Latitude team has invited their most recent team member Cade Weiler to pivot roles into a full-time property management position.
Latitude Commercial’s Property Management Group recently closed on a property management agreement with a local landlord, making their service portfolio grow by 33%. Due to this growth, Latitude felt it was proactive to hire another full-time property manager to ensure their ability to continue to deliver the highest level of service possible to current and future property management clients. Cade has been an active broker with the Latitude team since late 2019 and accepted the opportunity to help nurture the Property Management Group.
