SEIU Local 73 to open a new office at the Highland Office Center
The SEIU Local 73 has signed a lease to occupy approximately 1,000 square feet at 2646 Highway Avenue in Highland. The office will be their primary headquarters in Northwest Indiana. The SEIU Local 73 represents more than 29,000 workers, primarily in public service and publicly funded positions in school districts, municipalities, social service agencies, and many other job classifications in Illinois and Indiana.
Antony Miocic of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial brokered the transaction. “This centralized location in Northwest Indiana meets the Union’s unique needs and is an overall great fit for them. Both the landlord and tenant are satisfied with the deal they came to.” Latitude Commercial provides commercial real estate services such as sales, leasing, and property management in Northwest Indiana and the Chicago South Suburbs.
