Korellis is proud to announce the appointment of Ronnie Strain as the new Director of Operations. His start date is October 16, 2023. Ronnie brings a wealth of knowledge, skills, and experience. He was previously an accomplished Operations Manager for a home improvement center.
The role is critical to the operation of Korellis. The Director of Operations oversees the daily field, yard, and shop operations of the organization, ensuring all are managed and performed efficiently and effectively. He will also be responsible for developing and supporting field leaders and their crews. The Director of Operations oversees all the manpower of the four self-performed trades at Korellis – roofing, sheet metal, masonry, and carpentry.
As Korellis’ Director of Operations, Ronnie will be instrumental in implementing efficient workflows to maximize performance and productivity. Some of his responsibilities will include budgeting and purchasing. He will work with senior management to ensure company objectives are met.
