Key State and Federal Topics Featured at October 28 Indiana Tax Conference

IndianaChamberLogo-3CHoosier businesses can hear the latest updates on state and federal tax matters at the Indiana Tax Conference October 28 at the Ritz Charles in Carmel. The event is presented by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce in partnership with BKD, LLP.

CEOs, accountants, finance attorneys, financial managers, tax directors and supervisors, controllers and treasurers are encouraged to attend.

An update on global tax reform highlights the luncheon and will be presented by David P. Lewis, vice president of global taxes at Eli Lilly and Company.

The conference has 13 education sessions. Among them: an update on Indiana income and property taxes, how to navigate property taxes in Indiana, handling an IRS or state examination, plus current developments in tax administration.

Cost is $299 per person for Indiana Chamber members and $329 for non-members, with group discounts available. Lunch is provided.

Various continuing education credits can be obtained for attending, including CLE at 6.1 credits, CPE at up to 6.4 credits (CPE is a self-auditing credit) and six CEUs.
