INDIANA PANDEMIC POETRY PROJECT

Purpose

This fund supports undergraduate or graduate students attending two-year or four-year public or private institutions located in the state of Indiana and enrolled in one of the "storyteller" majors - programs that fall under the discipline of English, literature, education, history, or communications.

Award Amount:

Scholarship awards will be $500 per recipient and non-renewable. Number of awards will depend on funds raised.

Applicant Criteria:

Applicants must:

  • Submit a letter of recommendation from a faculty member in their discipline
  • Submit a 1,000 word essay detailing why they feel their discipline is important for the success of society, and how they plan to use their degree for positive societal impact upon graduation.
  • Have a minimum of a 2.7 GPA
  • Awarded funds may only be used for tuition and required fees.
