WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Diagnostic Imaging
    Completes all exams and procedures; identifies optimal images for physician review.
  • Work Delegation
    Schedules and delegates work assignments to employees according to department needs effectively and efficiently.
  • Performance Management
    Supervises the work of others and manages the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.
  • Patient Records
    Researches, develops, and maintains technical policy, exams, and procedure manuals. Implements new exams and procedures to sustain progressive development.
  • Quality & Performance
    Maintains quality program and investigates and follows up on special cases or complaints to provide quality care.
  • Budget Support
    Assists in annual budget preparation and monitors expenditures to ensure achievement of budget projections.
  • Technical Assistance
    Provides technical assistance to physician and other medical personnel.
  • Survey Readiness Preparation
    Assists with ACR, IEMA and other survey readiness.

Qualifications

  • Required Associate's Degree
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years Radiology Required
  • Radiography (ARRT-R) - .
  • X-Ray Operators (OPCERT) - .
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association

TRAVEL IS REQUIRED:Up to 20%
