IHSAA and MaxPreps.com Sign Multi-Year Agreement for Customized Sports Information Platform

IHSAA LOGOThe Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) and MaxPreps.com, the online high school sports leader and a CBSSports.com site, have signed a partnership agreement for the next five years that will enable the IHSAA to provide a customized sports information platform for its member schools.

MaxPreps and the IHSAA will provide all member schools with a streamlined publishing platform for managing and promoting their sports information across desktop, tablet and mobile. Coaches will need to submit complete box scores to MaxPreps.com after each game in order to accurately manage various IHSAA data-driven initiatives.

This will enable all box score information to be published on MaxPreps.com and to automatically be provided to the IHSAA for use in managing various initiatives, including IHSAA box score results, regular season standings, statistical leaderboards, state tournament brackets, state records, media publications, media guides and more.

"We are very pleased to partner with MaxPreps.com in order to enhance our ability to collect and distribute statistics from our member schools," said IHSAA Commissioner Bobby Cox. "With their abundance of available resources, we are excited about this relationship and the benefits which will be available to IHSAA member schools and education-based athletics."

"MaxPreps.com is thrilled to announce a long-term partnership with the IHSAA that establishes a streamlined process for data collection and sharing," said Andy Beal, president and founder of MaxPreps.com. "MaxPreps.com was founded upon celebrating high school sports and we are honored to partner with the IHSAA and their rich tradition of Indiana high school sports."

MaxPreps.com, one of the nation's most visited sites for high school sports coverage, has been on the prep sports scene since 2002 and has successfully partnered with 14 other high school state associations.
