Holladay Properties’ multi-family residential team creates housing and community for its residents

Buildings are more than just structures. They are places we work, places we celebrate, and places we live. The Multi-Family Residential team at Holladay Properties knows this well.

Working to fit every demographic, Holladay makes certain that every resident has a place they are proud to call home.

“Holladay wants to provide housing that is safe, clean, and affordable,” Jackie Green, senior vice president of property management at Holladay, said.

Understanding that home means many different things to different people, Green knows that amenities and access are key to their success.

“Our properties are a real home,” Green said.  “There's room for your pets, and most of our new buildings include an up-to-date workout facility.”

Multi-family residential properties operated by Holladay can include in-unit laundry, clubhouses, pet parks, and even communal outdoor spaces.

Cara Pagels, a property manager at Holladay, works alongside the onsite teams to provide renters with not just a location but a community.

“We're very involved with hosting community events,” Pagels said. “Some of our properties might host a resident event up to once a week while other communities do so monthly. We like to connect with our residents and connect our residents to each other.”

True to Holladay’s mission, these connections are more than just social. Holladay is committed to a mission of enriching lives through service. Events hosted by Holladay work to improve the lives of residents and the community.

“We host regular blood drives in our clubhouses,” Pagels said. “We also do certain types of recycling drives. We just completed a used bra drive to support survivors of sex trafficking. We also have bread tie collections that get melted and turned into wheelchairs. Holladay uses its platform with our residents to connect them, help support change, and make the world a more beautiful place.”

Owning and operating multiple apartment complexes throughout the country, the multi-family residential team at Holladay is expanding and creating additional housing opportunities presently.

Shasta Kreighbaum, CAM, Senior Residential Property Manager, is excited about several new properties that are currently in development. “Lilac Station and Union Square are our newest properties that will be opening in the portfolio,” Kreighbaum said.

Kreighbaum expects Lilac Station to open in June and Union Square to open in August.

“We go above and beyond in all areas,” Kreighbaum said. “You never know the story of the guest walking in the door. They could have just lost a loved one. They could have just gotten a divorce. They could have just graduated college, and they're getting an apartment for the first time. That first appearance and our level of service is important in all communities.”

“One thing that we at Holladay really pride ourselves on is the maintenance of our properties—we don't just do the minimum,” Green said. “We don’t choose to not repair things just to improve our bottom line, our cash flow. The quality of life that we give our residents is really important to me.”
