LakeshorePAWS Animal Rescue has started an online fundraiser on Youcaring.com to help raise money for a new rescue van! Our current van has multiple mechanical issues, and is no longer a safe or reliable mode of transportation to bring dogs to the rescue.

We have an extremely generous donor lined up to match our first $10,000 in donations, so we are asking for support from the community to help raise the money needed to purchase a van! We will also be partnering with several local businesses to advertise through exterior decals, which will help bring even more donations to the rescue and help care for even more dogs.
In 2015 LakeshorePAWS was able to rescue over 540 dogs from shelters in Northwest Indiana. In 2016 we are trying to increase this amount to 700! With your help, this new van will allow us not only to transport more animals, but provide a comfortable and stress-free transition from shelter, to our rescue, to their new forever homes!
