Hard Rock Four Winds joins chefs across the world in celebrating Anthony Bourdain Day

WHO: Chefs of the Hard Rock Cafe Four Winds®, Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians and Four Winds Casinos

WHAT: The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians and Four Winds Casinos are pleased to announce Hard Rock Cafe Four Winds will join restaurants and chefs throughout the country and participate in a special event to support suicide prevention efforts. #BourdainDay, June 25, is an event created to honor and remember the late Anthony Bourdain, an adventure travel television host, chef, author, and owner of Les Halles restaurant in New York. Bourdain died by suicide June 8, 2018. Across the country, restaurants are offering special menus and items, with proceeds of those items going to suicide prevention causes. The chefs at Hard Rock Cafe Four Winds have created a dessert trio inspired by Anthony Bourdain’s travels and will sell them for $6 throughout the week. All profits will benefit Berrien County Suicide Prevention Coalition.
