Board-certified gastroenterologist Yun Ju Kim, MD, is welcoming new patients at Franciscan Physician Network Crown Point Internal Medicine and Specialty Center.
Dr. Kim received her training at Chung-Ang University in Seoul, South Korea. She completed her residency at Zucker School of Medicine/North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, N.Y. Dr. Kim also received fellowships in hepatology from the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Md., and in gastroenterology from Zucker School of Medicine/North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Dr. Kim’s clinical interests include gastroesophageal reflux disease, peptic ulcer disease, colorectal cancer screening and prevention, inflammatory bowel disease, viral hepatitis, fatty liver disease and autoimmune liver disease.
Dr. Kim is an independent provider who chooses to practice at Franciscan Health Crown Point.
