Friends of the Crown Point Library host 3rd Annual Literary Luncheon 10-29-14

Moonlight-In-Duneland-The-Illustrated-Story-of-the-Chicago-South-Shore-and-South-Bend-RailroadThe Friends of the Crown Point Community Library 3rd Annual Literary Luncheon will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. The event will take place at the First United Methodist Church located at 352 S. Main Street in Crown Point, and will include a presentation of Moonlight In Duneland: The Illustrated Story of the Chicago South Shore and South Bend Railroad written by local authors, Steve McShane and Ron Cohen, a sit-down lunch, and raffle drawing for gift baskets. Tickets to the event are $22 per person, and include the lunch and presentation. Books will be for sale and a book signing will follow the presentation.

This luncheon is just one of the many ways the Friends of the Crown Point Library raise funds to support the Crown Point Library and to provide intimate interactions between community members and quality authors.
