Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with a senior broker to manage a high volume of existing properties
- Manage onboarding of new prospects
- Set and attend tours of properties
- Prepare proposals and work with tenants throughout their office search and lease negotiations
- Take photographs of buildings and suites
- Procurement of new business opportunities through networking and referral management
- Assist senior brokers with business development
- Researching the local market and staying up to date on industry trends
- Participating in training and ongoing skills-development
- Any other tasks as assigned, which may be adjusted by management at any time
Requirements/Quality of applicants:
- Self-motivated, honest, and high ethical standard
- Highly organized in day to day tasks and diligent on follow up
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Capability to initiate, establish and maintain relationships in person and virtual, which can include phone calls and emails
- Ability and mindset to learn new approaches and company standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and tasks
- Excellent customer service skills - comfortable with making cold calls
- Must be a team player and able to handle tasks assigned to them
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Secondary education or training, military service, or alternative education experience preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred
- Previous real estate experience not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Candidate must hold, or be willing to obtain, a State Issued Real Estate Broker License
- Successfully pass pre-employment background check
