Valpo soccer junior Kiley Dugan (Irwin, Pa./Penn-Trafford) added another accolade to her haul this season on Thursday morning, as she was named a Second Team Scholar All-North/Central Region honoree by United Soccer Coaches.
Dugan stood out yet again on the pitch for Valpo this season, picking up Second Team All-Region honors from United Soccer Coaches — the second All-Region accolade of her career. A two-time All-MVC honoree as well, Dugan played 1,258 minutes this fall, the most of any Valpo forward. A key connecting piece up front for the Beacons, Dugan registered a pair of assists on the season, including an assist on the match-winning goal in the regular season matchup with Evansville.
In the classroom, Dugan maintains a 3.566 cumulative GPA as an English Education and Secondary Education major. She has been a member of the MVC Honor Roll and has received Valpo Presidential Academic Honors.
Dugan becomes Valpo’s 10th Scholar All-Region honoree in the last 11 seasons.
