Crown Point Community Theatre is excited to host its first Trivia Night FUNdraiser Saturday, August 2 from 7-9 p.m. Topical rounds will cover popular and academic trivia in the areas of culture, entertainment, history, lifestyle, media, sport, and science — along with geography, technology and other diverse topics. Questions could cover everything from alphabet soup to zephyrs through a minimum of five rounds, with extra buy-in bonus rounds. You can even buy a Mulligan if you like! Share a night of fun with friends, laughing and testing your knowledge. Fun and cool prizes are available for the know-it-all's and the not-so-much's alike.
The Trivia FUNdraiser Night will play in CPCT’s black box theatrical space, located at 1125 Merrillville Road (on the southeast corner of the same shopping plaza as Jewel, Bronco’s Restaurant and other businesses). Teams of up to four participants may enter the competition for $20 each. Tickets are available online through the CPCT website, CPCT.biz, or by calling (219) 805-4255. Proceeds from the night will benefit CPCT and its ongoing theatrical arts outreach and performances.
Those interested in participating in the trivia night may also purchase season tickets; packages start at $72 for six main stage productions, with additional deals available for family shows and our annual Courthouse Drama at the Old Lake County Courthouse. Compared to regular ticket prices, season tickets save patrons the cost of an entire show over the course of the year.
