The Crown Point Community Foundation’s annual gala celebration was held on Saturday, November 1, 2014. One hundred seventy five guests attended the black tie event at the Old Historic Court House. The theme for the evening was “Come Together”, which celebrated the Beatles era. Pat Huber, President, and Dave Batusic, Chairman of the Board, gave opening remarks. Ben Ballou, Board Member, gave the invocation. CPHS student vocalists sang some selections from the Beatles. Pre-dinner Piano music provided by Waz. Dinner was served by the Radisson. Guests danced to the music of “The Connextion Band”. Decorations and flowers prepared by Monarch of Schererville. Beatle themed props were constructed by Tim Wolak. Edda Taylor Photographie was available all evening for special photos of each couple.
