Each year, the Crossroads Regional Chamber of Commerce host a Rality Store for the Merrillville and Crown Point Community School Corporations as a way to connect the business community to students. South Shore CVA seeking participants for classic car exhibit
Indoor exhibit to include various makes and models from all eras. The South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority is seeking classic car owners who are interested in participating in a classic car exhibit at the Indiana Welcome Center March 26, 2015, through April 30, 2015. The exhibit would feature approximately 18 vehicles and include a historical component. Cars from all eras, makes and models are welcome to participate. Vehicles will be selected on a first come, first serve basis. Additionally, the South Shore CVA will select cars that ensure the exhibit features a variety of model years. The exhibit will be set up between March 23, 2015, and March 25, 2015, and removal will take place the week of May 1, 2015. Participants must keep their vehicle at the Indiana Welcome Center throughout the entire exhibit. The W.F. Wellman Exhibit Hall is a 6,500-square-foot indoor exhibit space. All exhibits are under 24-hour surveillance and are staffed during business hours. The Indiana Welcome Center will be open seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. throughout the exhibit. Fall is quickly approaching and Franciscan WorkingWell is pleased to offer the annual Healthy U @ Work On-Site Flu Program. The flu vaccine cost is $23.00 per injection with no on-site fee. Your time is valuable so for your convenience, the Healthy U @ Work staff will come to your worksite and administer the flu vaccine to your employees (20 employee minimum is required for on-site services). Employees may also visit one of the 9 convenient Franciscan WorkingWell locations to receive the vaccine if the mimimum is not met.

Maintaining your workforce health is important so Francisan WorkingWell will help you reduce lost work time and maintain your company's productivity.
