Each year, the Crossroads Regional Chamber of Commerce hosts an annual golf outing scramble for the members of the chamber as well as guests. 141 golfers participated, giving the chamber an outstanding turnout.
The biggest excitement of the day was a hole in one by TJ Pruzin. Pruzin hit a hole –in-one on hole 4, which was 140 yards, winning himself a $500 pro shop gift card. Pruzin has been golfing since he was 11 years old. This was his first hole- in- one, something he has been striving for since he started golfing. This was his 2nd time participating in the outing and the first time someone had hit a hole- in- one at this event.
Linda Angell was the winner of the 50/50 raffle, winning herself $716. Other winners included Nicole Gruszka of Centier Bank and Dan Rust of Charles and Casassa Insurance, both of which received memberships to Innsbrook Country Club. The Low Net Team winner was the City of Crown Point.
